I deleted the App or changed phones. Can I get my squishies back?
Your game is saved on your iPhone only, with no account and no copy on our side, so we cannot restore it for you. If you set up a new iPhone from a backup or transfer of your old one, your game comes with it. If the App was deleted, the game is gone, but anything you bought with real money can be restored.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings in the App and tap Restore purchases, while signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I cancel Squish Club?
Squish Club renews every month until you cancel it. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Squish Club and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the App does not cancel it.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, and only Apple can give refunds. You can ask for one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
What are the chances of each rarity?
The odds are shown on every bag and in Settings in the App, under Odds in every bag, together with how soon a Rare, Epic and Legendary squishy is guaranteed in each series.
Can I turn ads off?
No ads, a one-time purchase, and Squish Club both stop full-screen ads and banners. Reward videos stay in the game, but they are always your choice: nothing is lost if you do not watch them.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Open Settings in the App and tap Privacy choices. You can also stop the App from tracking in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Players under 13 always get ads that do not use personal data. The Privacy Policy explains how ads work.
My child plays Squishy Box. What should I know?
There are no accounts, no chat and no way to talk to other players. If the birth year entered is under 13, or none was entered, ads are child-directed and never personalised. You can require approval for purchases with Ask to Buy, or turn purchases off in Screen Time. Email us with any question.
